New feature has been implemented in VitalFox – deworming reminders so it can automatically inform and remind your clients that deworming time is here again. It is useful when you want your patients stay completely worm free. Set up your own text or use standard system text for dewormings. Let your clients know about deworming time and use additional text in your messages so animal keepers come to your practice to buy pills. Clients are happy when their small family member, dog, cat or another pet is healthy and without worms.

ACTIVATE DEWORMING REMINDER ONLINE IN YOUR USER ACCOUNT UNDER SMS OR EMAIL SETTINGS.

If you are using Ordinacia veterinary software please download proper VitalFox version from your administration area according to your Ordinacia version. VitalFox OR works great with newer version of Ordinacia and VitalFox OR lite works great with older Ordinacia version. You can use these tags in your patient’s tab in field Poznámka (newer Ordinacie version - VitalFox OR) or in PM (older Ordinacia version - VitalFox OR lite):
vak 1.1.2012   /next vaccination date/
revak 1.1.2012   /next short-term re-vaccination date, e.g. primary vaccination/
obj 1.1.2012 12:15 Abcdef  /for scheduled appointments, you can use text behind time as a notice – it will be automatically inserted into message/
odc 1.1.2012   /next deworming date/

VitalFox is able to automatically detect dates such as 1.1.2012 as well as with leading zeros 01.01.2012. It’s up to you which date’s form will you use.

If something went wrong and animal died simply add + (plus) sign behind his name and we won’t send messages for this patient.

What’s the difference when you use example 1 or 2? Let’s try to imagine your client’s point of view. What do you like? Example with names and titles (the best case is to use both client’s and animal’s names) is more personal, compfortable, and better. Your client feels friendly environment and appreciate your services and care and knows you will take care about his pet. This should be the golden standard in your practice for you and you staff. You have to use it in all fields of communication, verbal, non-verbal, electronic. Relatively “cold” way of communication are SMS and emails but with these useful techniques you can make it more convenient and warm. This was also very important part of our VitalFox service so we advise to turn on personalization for your messages – both SMS and emails in your account, so we will add correct names (your client’s name and pet’s name too) . There is also possibility to use another personalization elements in your messages such as time elements in appointment messages, etc. A lot of owners have more than one animal. With personalized messages owners always know which pet should see a doctor. Just activate personalization in your settings and you are done! Your golden standard in communication goes hand in hand with VitalFox.

Well, and don’t forget – another important ingredient is smile:-). Your clients love it.

This way you can check every SMS and email message in your settings and see if everything in your message content is ok (and you can correct your settings then). I hope it helps you.

Browse reports for today, yesterday, last week, last month or even 3 months. You have detailed statistics about email and sms notification and see when your clients have been informed.
