Now, you can set how many days before appointment will VitalFox remind your clients date and time of appointment. Use personalization tags in your settings to let your patients know exact time and date when you inform him/her in advance. You can of course set VitalFox to remind your clients not so many days in advance but for example in the morning when scheduled time occurs.

Please update your local VitalFox software to the latest version (1.5 and newer) to use this new feature. Check image below how easy is to set this feature with few click.
